Accord Consulting, LLC was founded by Carla J. Manno, Ph.D. who has extensive experience in the field of special education. Dr. Manno received her Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of Virginia, with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology (with Distinction) and a Master’s of Teaching degree in Special Education, also from the University of Virginia. She holds current K-12 Post-Professional certificates with the State of Virginia in: Administration and Supervision, K-12 and Special Education Teaching, PreK-12. She has served as a special educator, regular education administrator, special education program director in international schools, consultant with domestic and international schools, and as a professor of special education.
